The Opportunity
Most companies want social media managers who post pretty content and chase vanity metrics.
We need a growth-driven strategist who turns followers into clients.
You won't just be scheduling posts. You'll be engineering social campaigns that build authority, drive engagement, and convert business owners into high-ticket clients. Your work directly impacts how entrepreneurs building 6–7 figure businesses discover and engage with us.
This role combines three rare skills:
AI mastery for scaling content production efficiently
Paid advertising expertise optimizing campaigns that convert
Community building creating relationships that drive real business results

What You'll Do
Content Creation & Strategic Execution (40%)
Create daily social posts across platforms that educate, engage, and convert
Design scroll-stopping graphics and visual content in Canva
Write compelling captions and copy that drive action
Repurpose existing content for maximum social distribution
Use AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude) to scale production without sacrificing quality
Community Building & Engagement (25%)
Respond to comments and DMs daily, building genuine relationships
Monitor brand mentions and join relevant conversations
Foster community growth through authentic interaction
Identify and engage with potential clients and partners
Paid Advertising & Conversion (20%)
Run and optimize paid social campaigns (Meta, LinkedIn)
Test ad creatives, copy, and audiences systematically
Manage ad budgets and maximize ROI
Track performance and iterate based on data
Analytics & Continuous Improvement (15%)
Track performance metrics weekly and identify trends
Analyze what's working and double down
Implement data-driven improvements
Collaborate with Content Director (Morgan) and Copywriter (Collen) on campaigns
Report insights to CMO (Bryan Ang)
What You Bring

Experience & Proof
2+ years managing social media professionally (B2B/business content preferred)
Portfolio required showing account growth, engagement metrics, and campaign results
Proven track record growing accounts and driving measurable business outcomes
Technical Skills
Strong copywriting for social captions and posts
Proficient in Canva and graphic design fundamentals
Hands-on experience running paid social ads (Meta/LinkedIn)
Data analysis skills—you can read metrics, spot trends, and optimize accordingly
Comfortable with AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude) to work smarter and faster

Compensation & Support
Base Salary: SGD $800–1,000/month (based on experience)
