We need a proactive Personal Assistant to be the operational backbone that keeps everything running flawlessly.

The Opportunity

This isn't a typical VA role. You'll anticipate needs before they're voiced, solve problems before they escalate, and ensure our executive operates at peak effectiveness across time zones.

What You'll Do

• Manage executive calendar with zero conflicts
• Handle all email correspondence professionally, responding within 2 hours
• Coordinate customer onboarding from inquiry to activation
• Solve problems proactively - anticipate challenges and eliminate chaos
• Bridge operations across creative teams, clients, and leadership

What You Bring

Must-Haves:

• 2+ years executive assistant experience
• Expert Google Calendar/scheduling across time zones
• Excellent written and verbal English
• CRM/customer management experience
• Proactive problem-solver who anticipates needs
• High attention to detail, zero tolerance for errors
• Reliable home office setup, stable internet (Philippines-based)
• Singapore Time Zone availability (GMT+8), flexible hours

Nice-to-Haves:

• Project management tools (Asana, Notion, Trello)
• AI productivity tools knowledge

Compensation:

Probation: SGD $700/month (2 months)

Post-Probation: SGD $800-900/month (PHP 30,000-34,000)

Annual increases based on performance
