The Opportunity
We're looking for our Growth Architect—the person who will scale our VSL (Video Sales Letter) campaigns profitably and sustainably.
You won't just "run Facebook ads." You'll be the strategic engine behind customer acquisition. You'll test hypotheses, optimize funnels, collaborate with our creative team, and directly impact our path to becoming world-renowned.
This role is critical. Without profitable acquisition, nothing else matters. With it, we change lives globally.
Growth path: Start managing 2?3K/day in ad spend, scale over 12 months. As we grow, so does your responsibility—potentially building and leading a growth team.
What You'll Do
Campaign Management (Daily)
Manage Facebook/Instagram ad campaigns driving traffic to our VSL funnels
Monitor performance across all ad accounts (currently spending 2?3K/day, scaling to 5K+)
Optimize bids, budgets, audiences, and placements to hit 3.5x+ ROAS targets
Make real-time decisions: pause underperformers, scale winners, test new angles
Strategic Testing (Weekly)
Launch 1-2 new audience tests weekly (cold, lookalike, interest-based)
Collaborate with our Content Director on creative A/B tests (hooks, angles, formats)
Run landing page optimization experiments with our Copywriter
Document learnings and build our "growth playbook"
Funnel Optimization (Ongoing)
Analyze the full VSL funnel (ad ? VSL page ? application ? sales call ? customer)
Identify drop-off points and collaborate cross-functionally to improve conversion rates
Use data to inform creative briefs, landing page iterations, and offer positioning
Scaling (As Performance Allows)
Identify campaigns ready to scale based on consistency and profitability
Implement gradual budget increases while maintaining ROAS (our framework: +20% every 3 days if stable)
Manage risk during scaling—know when to scale aggressively vs conservatively
Reporting & Communication (2x Weekly)
Create Loom video updates (Tuesdays + Fridays) covering: what's working, what's not, why, and next steps
Maintain real-time performance dashboards
Present strategic recommendations in weekly team strategy calls
Translate data into insights that non-marketers can understand
What You Bring
Must-Haves (Non-Negotiable)
Experience:
2+ years hands-on experience managing Facebook/Instagram ad campaigns (ideally for education, coaching, or info products)
Proven track record scaling campaigns to $3K+/day profitably
Deep understanding of VSL funnel mechanics (ad ? video ? application ? high-ticket sale)
Experience managing $50K+/month ad budgets with clear ROAS accountability
Technical Skills:
Facebook Ads Manager mastery (campaign structure, pixel optimization, audience building)
Google Analytics proficiency (funnel analysis, conversion tracking)
A/B testing methodology (statistical significance, test design, documentation)
Basic funnel-building tools (ClickFunnels, Leadpages, or similar)
Data analysis in Google Sheets/Excel (pivot tables, cohort analysis, dashboards)
Analytical Mindset:

You can explain complex performance trends in simple terms
