The Role
We're hiring our first full-time HR Generalist to own the entire people function as we scale from 7 to 20+ people over the next year.
You'll work directly with Bryan (Co-founder) and own:
Full-Cycle Recruiting (40%) - 8-12 interviews/week, fill 5-8 roles in first 90 days
Onboarding & Offboarding (20%) - Seamless employee transitions
HR Compliance (15%) - Philippine labor law, contracts, documentation
Payroll Coordination (10%) - Zero-error payroll cycles
Employee Engagement (10%) - Culture-building, quarterly retreats
HR Systems (5%) - HRIS/ATS management, metrics reporting
Goal: Bryan spends <1 hour/week on HR by Day 60. You run it all.
What You Must Have
Experience:
3-5 years full-scope HR (not specialist)
100+ candidate interviews conducted
Philippine labor law expertise
Payroll coordination experience
Contract drafting ability
Skills:
HRIS & ATS experience (any platform)
Google Workspace proficiency
Intermediate Excel/Sheets
Excellent written English (error-free)
Structured interviewing knowledge
Working Style:
Works independently (minimal supervision)
Async-first mindset (Slack/Docs over Zoom)
Extreme attention to detail
Proactive problem-solver
Handles confidential information impeccably
