The Opportunity

We're looking for a Senior Copywriter who can craft words that convert, inspire, and educate—across emails, blogs, social media, landing pages, and video scripts.

This isn't a "churn out content" role. This is about strategic storytelling that builds trust with coaches and entrepreneurs globally. You'll work directly with our Co-Founder & CMO (Bryan Ang), learn our unique brand voice, and create copy that drives real business results.

What You'll Do

Your day-to-day will include:

• Write email sequences per month for coach clients (nurture, launch, onboarding sequences)
• Create VSL (Video Sales Letter) scripts for product launches and marketing campaigns
• Develop website copy for high-converting landing pages and sales pages
• Write blog posts weekly (16+ per month) that educate, engage, and rank on Google
• Craft social media copy across Instagram broadcasts, Facebook posts, and newsletters
• Collaborate with designers to ensure copy and visuals align perfectly
• Manage the content calendar and deliver consistent, on-brand messaging

What You Bring

Must-Haves:

• 2+ years of professional copywriting experience (agency, in-house, or freelance)
• Proven email copywriting skills - You've written sequences that convert
• Social media copywriting expertise - Instagram, Facebook, newsletters
• Strong command of English - Grammar, tone, and storytelling come naturally
• Portfolio or writing samples - Show us your best work (emails, blogs, ads, landing pages)
• Reliable, proactive communicator - You don't ghost, you deliver on time, you ask smart questions
• Growth mindset - You take feedback well, adapt quickly, and continuously improve
• Detail-oriented - You follow instructions, catch typos, and care about quality
• Use of AI for Copywriting at a high level

• Ad Copy
• Marketing agency background
• Direct response copywriting knowledge (PAS, AIDA, storytelling frameworks)
• VSL or video script writing experience
• SEO copywriting skills
